- Take 300 gm Katla fish
- Prepare 2 medium sized onion (chopped)
- Prepare 1 chopped green chilli

- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Prepare To taste salt
- Make ready 3 tsp oil
- Get 1.5 cup All purpose flour
Instructions to make Fish Momos:
- Add 1 tbsp oil and salt to flour. Mix and make soft dough adding water. Keep aside. Boil fish for 2 minutes. Stain and make boneless. Add onion, green chilli,red chilli powder, black pepper powder,salt,1 tbsp oil, vinegar to smash fish. Mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Take small portion of the dough. Roll on as small chapati. Stuff with small amount of fish mixture. Make momos.
- Add 1.5 tsp oil to normal sized flat non stick pan. Sprinkle little bit salt. add 8 momos at a time. Close with lid for 1 minute in high flame. Add 2.5 tbsp water to hot pan.Close with lid for 2 minutes. Water will evaporate and Momos will be ready. Repeat the process. Serve with sauce.
