- In a wok take 3 tbsp oil and put garlic in it. Saute for a minute. Then add all vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum) and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt as taste and blackpepper and toss.
- Than add the rice and mix well. And put it on steam for 5-10 minutes. serve hot.
