- Spoon eggs, Ricotta, and Cottage Cheese mixture evenly on pasta.
- Spoon Grandma's 'gravy' over mixture evenly.
- Spread mozzarella evenly over top.
- Bake on center rack for 25 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
