Steps to make Fried Rice with Chicken Kosa:
- Fried Rice-Soaked the basmoti rice atlist 5-6 hours. Boiled the rice drain exces water and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add whole spices satue till fragrent. Add beans and satue. Add capsicum and green peas and satue. Add cashew nuts and raisin and fried properly.
- Add boiled rice and mix. Add ghee, salt,sugar & black pepper and mix it well.

- Chicken kosa-In a large mixing bowl marinated the chicken with 1/2 cup onion,garlic & ginger paste,salt,yogurt,2 tbsp oil and all the powder masala add and mix very well and keep aside atlist 2-3 hour.
- Heat remain oil and add cumin seeds,red chilli whole & all the spices and satue till fragrent.
- Add remain onion and fry it. Add sugar and satue.
