- Peel beans and soak for 1 hour
- Cut onion,tatasi,seasoning,pepper and add to beans. Using a heavy duty blender, blend beans with very little water into smooth paste. Use as little water as possible. Or take beans to grinding machine and grind without adding much water.
- Mix beabs puree with hand mixer for 1 minute, then add egg and beat. Add in 1 sachet of ajino moto,seasoning and continue mixing.
- Add salt and mix. Scoop into hot oil and fry.
- Kosai is ready to be served.
- Note. If beans has been blended with much water omit egg.
