  1. Wet grind moong dal to a fine consistency, take out in a bowl. Add all the ingredients mentioned above. (except curd).Reserve 1 tbsp cheese for further use.
  2. Mix well, add curd and fold, do not over mix. If required add some water to make the batter in dropping consistency. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Grease a mould, put 2 -3 tsp batter in each cup,meanwhile pre heat an oven at 200 °c for 10 minutes. Top some grated cheese on muffin tops.
  4. Bake at 180°c for 12 minutes. Take out and leave for cooling.
  5. Serve with sauce /chutney.
