  1. Break the shell of the snail and wash with warm water and alum very well.till is no more slimmer.
  2. Deborn the smoled fish,wash and remove the head from the peri wrinkle.
  3. Boil the fresh beef with onion,knorr cubes and salt.boil for 25minites.
  4. Add redoil and boil both for 8minutes.then dissolve the ofo with a little amount of water and pour inside the pot.
  5. Stir very well till no lump is seen.then after 8minutes.add the crayfish,fresh pepper,smoked fish,salt and knorr cubes.
  6. Boil more and taste then pour in peri wrinkle after 2 minutes then pour in the uziza leaves
  7. Turn very well
