- Wash and boil cocoyam for 25minutes
- Boil meat with stockfish for 30mins.with salt,onion and maggi cubes
- Wash and cut the titus fish.grill for 15mins
- Wash and cut uziza leaf.
- Wash and cut oha leaf.
- Add more water to the boiled meat and place back on heat,pour in palmoil cover to boil for 15minutes.
- Peel and pound cocoyam for at least 15mins.make sure no lump.
- Mould the cocoyam in small small balls and add cover to boil for 10mins.
- Dissolve ofo in a bowl with warm water and pour in.boil for 10mins.
- Add crayfish,prawns,pepper,salt and maggi cubes.boil for 10mins.
- Pour in uziza leaf stir and boil for 2mins.then pour in the oha leaf boil for 1min.the soup is done.
