  1. Wash and boil cocoyam for 25minutes
  2. Boil meat with stockfish for 30mins.with salt,onion and maggi cubes
  3. Wash and cut the titus fish.grill for 15mins
  4. Wash and cut uziza leaf.
  5. Wash and cut oha leaf.
  6. Add more water to the boiled meat and place back on heat,pour in palmoil cover to boil for 15minutes.
  7. Peel and pound cocoyam for at least 15mins.make sure no lump.
  8. Mould the cocoyam in small small balls and add cover to boil for 10mins.
  9. Dissolve ofo in a bowl with warm water and pour in.boil for 10mins.
  10. Add crayfish,prawns,pepper,salt and maggi cubes.boil for 10mins.
  11. Pour in uziza leaf stir and boil for 2mins.then pour in the oha leaf boil for 1min.the soup is done.
