- Boil meat with Maggi,onion and salt
- Boil meat for 30mins then add stock fish and add diced pomo
- When d meat is ready add palmoil then allow to boil
- For 15mins till d oil comes to the top.then add goo make sure you stir very well to avoid lumps.
- Allow to boil for 10mins then add periwrinke dry Fish ngolo dry prawns
- Allow to boil and add uziza leaf you only add d uziza seed when u cant taste the uziza leaf again
