- It will be thick.wash dey fish with warm water and salt.remove the bones.
- Boil meat and stockfish with onion,Salt and Maggi.boil for 30mins.
- Precook prawn boil with half cup of water,salt.
- Pour the meat and stockfish in the boiling palm fruit extract.
- Add crayfish,pepper,asalt,oburunbebe stick,cover and boil for another 12-15minutes.
- Add the slice bitter leaf,Salt and Maggi cover to simmer for another 5minutes.
- Pour out starch into a bowl,add water to the starch untill it forms sister solution.
- Pour in the liquid solution into a pot and add a splash of palmoil.
- Adjust the fire from low to medium,stir vigourouly as you are boiling to avoid lumps.
- Boil and stir same time onces is done it will be thick.
