- Once cooled down remove the peels and cut potatoes into desired size (do not mash)
- Toss flour, cornmeal, garlic salt, onion powder, and parsley in a big bowl with potatoes. Drizzle that 2Tbl of oil you had off to the side and toss everything together making sure to evenly coat the potatoes
- Heat remaining oil in frying pan (medium to high heat)
- Your potato pieces should have taken on a round "ball" shape. Toss these in frying pan and cook til golden brown
- Drain and pat excess oil off and serve hot. Perfect for breakfast or as snack with buttermilk ranch
