Allow to cool. Knead the dough till turns smooth texture. Make small balls with greased hands. Steam for 5 minutes in Idli cooker.
- Heat the Pan add 3 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds,Chana dal, chopped green chillies saute, add onion saute till turns golden colour and tomato saute for few minutes add turmeric powder, salt, sambhar powder mix well and cook for few minutes.
- Add rice steamed rice balls, mix well, cook for 2 minutes add Coriander leaves mix well, Garnish with Coriander leaves. steamed rice dumplings are ready to Serve.
