- In a pressure cooker put dal and all vegetables and adrak green chilli.
- Add all dry spices. Mix well. Pressure cook it for 3- 4 whistles.
- Prepare tadka. Heat oil put rai jeera hing and curry leaves. When splutter pour in sambhar. Lastly add tamarind water and stir well. Sambhar is ready.
- Now in a pan take one cup of Sambhar…remove vegetables. Cook till thickens. Cool it.
- Now in a bowl take this sambhar and add. Cooked rice and mix well.
- Now take little portion of dal rice mixture and put tomato concasse in center and bind it and make ball. (As shown in pic) prepare all.
- Now dip in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. Prepare all.
- Deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with Tomato Concasse.
