- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Place eggs,Nutmeg and Cinnamon Powder in a large bowl, whisk briefly.
- Add the melted Butter,sugar,and milk,briefly mix them,
- Add bread and Green Paper(Sultanas(Optional) and allow the bread to soak for atleast 2-3 minutes
- Line the baking pan with 1 tsp of butter and Pour into a 2.5 quart baking dish. If you have heaps of sultanas/Green Papper on the surface, poke them in a bit.
- Brush with remaining 1 tbsp melted butter (optional).
