These Fried Mashed Potato Balls are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect as a snack or party appetizer. Add enough water to make a soft batter. Peel potatoes, boil (not too soft) and mash. Add the rest of the geera, salt, onions, garlic and thyme.

  2. In 1 tbsp oil add cummin seeds, grated ginger garlic, curry leaves and green chillies, now add all above mentioned spices and potatoes too. Now bonify for 1-2 min. Add corriender leaves and then keep this mixture in fridge for 2hrs.
  3. In gram flour add all coating ingredients along with water and make it into a medium consistency better. Now make potato Balls and deep fry them.

Peel potatoes, boil (not too soft) and mash. Add the rest of the geera, salt, onions, garlic and thyme. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Fry the potato balls until they turn golden brown, turning them occasionally. When they are golden brown, take them out with a slotted spoon.
