- Cook rice 80%. Now drain water from rice
- Take pan. Pour 1 Tb. Spoon. Ghee and roast all Nuts (Kishmish for few second)
- Take pan add ghee, add sugar, add saffron water.
- Add rice on it.and1/2 Cup water.
- Add half rosted nuts.
- We have to evaporate all the sugar syrup so we will dum our pulav. Now cover and cook on low flame for 10 min.
- Add Elayachi powder and grated khowa (Mawa)
- Garnish with nuts and coconut burada.
