  4. Next step already we kept water for boiling & keep vada for steam it. Timing of 10min. After steaming vada cut it in small pieces. Next step take a pan add 1tsp oil heat it add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, red chilli fry it add steamed vada upto brown.
