  6. Kadai me oil garam kr jeera add karein,crakle hone per paste add karein.or kasoori metthi or garam masala ko chod kr Baki sbhi dry spices add karein.
  7. Oil chodne tk masale ko roast karein,,,water add karein or boil aane de,,ab fry kiye hue kofte add karein.
  8. Fresh cream or coriander leaves se garnish karein…
