- Peel the louki and washed it and take out ready all spices
- Take a pen / presure cooker put oil as required and fried onion….when it's soften than add tomatoes…green chilli….turmeric powder and salt and bhonofy
- When masala leave the oil….add louki and bhonofy for five mintues after than add water as needed and give presure for 15 mintues
- Release the presure….add black peper and bhonofy till water dried and oil comes out
