- Now add onion and cook until they become light brown and little soft

- Add louki and mix
- Cover the lid for 2mints they will water..
- Keep stirring. Cook on medium to low flame
- After few minutes they will change there colour and become soft
- Cook untill they are completely done. Louki is full of water so they will be cooked in it's own water
- You can see it's almost done
- It's time to add pulse
- Mix and cook for five to ten minutes
- Delicious louki is ready.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the flame
- Serve and enjoy
