  4. Heat up pot,pour in palmoil and bleach for at least 5_8minutes.
  5. Allow the oil to cool very well and onces is cool add chopped onion.
  6. Let it fry till is soft and add the iru.
  7. Allow both to fry till there is bubbles of oil on top.with this u will know it is well fried.
  8. Add the boiled pepper and allow it to fry and float.
  9. Add salt and crayfish and boil for 5minutes.
  10. Stir and turn off the heat.
