  22. Make ready Basmati rice 750 gms cooked till 3/4 done n boiled with salt
  23. Take leaves Mint and corriander
  24. Get 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  25. Make ready Aaloo bhukara soaked in 1 cup water to softened it up

  29. Take Zaafran,khewra n biryani essence 1/4 tsp each
Instructions to make #CookpadApp. CHICKEN BIRYANI:
  1. Marinate chicken with the above mentioned ingredients for 30 mins.
  2. Put oil n fry onions till golden
  3. Now add marinated chicken n fry for 5 mins.
  4. Next add tomatoes n cover n cook till almost tender.
  5. Now add aaloo bhukara too along with lemon juice n put on dum for 2 mins.
  6. In a pot put oil 2 tbsp with 1/4 cup water n put rice, coloured mixture, chicken mixture, corriander leaves,again rice n repeat layers.
  7. Final layer will be of rice with colour mixture, corriander leaves n whole green chillies.
  8. Put on high for 5 mins n give dum of 15 mins till done.
  9. Dish out and garnish with mint leaves.
  10. Serve with raita /salad.
