- Chop the jaggery finely. Soak the sabza in water and keep aside for sometime.
- Add water and keep it covered for 15 mins till completely dissolved.
- Add grated ginger, pudina leaves, salt, black salt, jeera powder, black pepper powder, fennel seeds powder and keep it covered for 10 mins.
- Add this to blender along with 2 elaichi(only seeds used) and blend it nicely.
- Strain it and add sabza, lemon juice and mix well. Serve chilled. Garnish with some mint leaves.
