  1. Take a pan and add some water in it.. Peel of the cucumber skins cut into small pieces & add this into water with 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and let it boil for 10 min..
  2. Take a mixi jar add 100gms or coconut pieces,30gms of chana dal, 2 cina vengayam,10gms of ginger,2 green Chillies..Grind this as course paste…
  3. Add the grinded paste into boiling pan and let it boil for 5 min untill it dissolves it really smells and off the stove.Once it reaches as room temperature.
  4. Now add the buttermilk without any lumps.Put another pan in stove add some oil in it with mustard,cumin,curry leaves,red Chilli & seasoned this with moor kulambu…
  5. Now the delicious moor kulambu is ready for serving…
