  1. Pressure cook the liver with turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste, little salt and fennel seeds.
  2. In a fry pan add gingelly oil fry cinnamon, kalpasi and Fennel seeds. Then add onion chillies curry leaves and saute. When onion is half cooked add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes.Then add turmeric powder kulambu powder and fennel powder.
  3. Cook until masala powder is done and then add the pressure cooked mutton Liver. Add required salt.
  4. Cook until it is thick.. finally before switching off the stove add pepper and jeera powder and curry leaves. Mix and serve hot
