- In a bowl take multigrain flour salt and 1 tsp oil and mix with water and knead a dough. Divide the dough into equal parts and give each potion a ball shape. Now roll it out on roti maker board into thin circular chapati.
- Heat tava on a medium flame and place the rolled chapati on it and cook from both sides till light brown drizzle some oil or butter. And keep aside. Likewise, make all the chapatis.
- Now take one chapati and spread butter. On that spread paneer. potatoes moong masala evenly. Now cover this with another-chapati and press lightly.
- Now heat a grilled pan on a medium flame and add 1/2 tsp butter and place this chapati sandwich on the grilled pan. You can wrap the chapati tightly and slightly to make a long cylindrical shape.
