- In a mixing bowl take roasted mixed flours add 4 tablespoons of oil to it and mix well
- Now add warm water spiced water to flours and prepare a soft dough
- Knead it well and keep it covered aside for few minutes
- Now knead it again
- Take chakali maker, grease it with some oil. Fill it with sufficient ready dough
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan, prepare chakali and deep fry in hot oil on low heat until golden brown in colour. Keep turning in between.
