Steps to make Multigrain namakpara:
  1. Take a bowl add multigrain flour,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
  2. Knead to make a stiff dough.
  3. Keep aside for 30 mins
  4. Knead it again.
  5. Divide the dough into round balls
  6. Roll out dough into thick circle.
  7. Now cut the circle in small diamond shapes.
  8. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
  9. Fry the pieces on a slow flame till golden brown.
  10. Drain on paper napkin.
  11. Serve with hot tea or coffee.
