- Now apply butter & keep kneading till the dough gets a nice elasticity
- Apply some butter & let the dough rise for 45 min
- Once the dough has raised, punch it and again let the dough rise for 30 mins
- After 30 mins punch the dough and shape it like a log and place it in a bread tin
- Apply some more butter & sprinkle the seeds and let the bread rise for another 30 mins
- Preheat the oven to 180 The Celsius & bake the bread for 30 to 35 min or till the top turns golden brown
- Slice the bread only once the loaf is completely cooled with a serrated knife in a zigzag motion
- Enjoy your bread with butter & Jam.Stays fresh for 2 days
