- Once all the water has dried up, add in the chopped red onion and the tomatoes and fry as u stir for five minutes till the tomatoes r properly cooked
- Add in the crushed garlic and salt(as per your preferred taste) and fry for two minutes
- Finally add in the finely chopped dhania, fry for a minute and switch off the heat(ensures the dhania retains its colour n it's not overcooked)
- Serve
