- Put in pot and add cup of water,set a pot on fire,add the whole 1 sachet of thymeleaves
- To the pot add half of the slice onion,followed by salt cover it to cook for 30 minute to avoid undercook meat.
- When it's exact 30 minute its already cooked then sieve and keep aside,low the heat power and pour veg oil into frying pan.
- Put the boiled meat into the heat oil and fry it takes 10 minute to turn into maroon colour
- Sieve the meat and add blended tomato,pepper to the oil fry for 2 minute and add 2 maggi cube,bring back the meat to the pot.
- Add the green pepper and stir fry for 3minutes.its done ready to serve.plate it and give it a good pictures.
