- Roughly chopped the tomatoes and boil that for 1 mins in high flame with 1/2 cup of water. When cool down then paste it with 2 clove of garlic cloves.

- In a saucepan boil 2 cups water, add chopped onions and chillies. Let boil untill you get onion and chillies smell. Then add maggi and boil it with little salt. The boiled maggi with onion soup transfer to another bowl.
- Now in that saucepan add rest of 2 cups water, let boil and add carrots, capsicum. Boil for 1 min in high flame. Add salt and tomato puree, maggi masala and cook another 1-2 mins. Turn off gas and add pepper, butter and lemon juice.
