  17. Prepare 1 tbsp Oil
  18. Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala
  19. Get 1 tbsp Mutter/peas
  20. Take 1 tsp Biryani masala
  21. Make ready 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions to make Fried rice:
  1. Take a pan heat it on the flame. Now add oil and heat. Add Amul butter, add whole masala.
  2. Meanwhile boil vegetables.Add whole masala, garlic, ginger and chilli paste,saute them for few minutes,then add chopped onion saute till it's brown, then add lal mirch / chilli powder, pinch haldi,garam masala/ spices, biryani masala.Saute and then add chopped tomatoes, stir fry till tomatoes become soft.Add boiled vegetable, stir it cover lid, then add leftover rice mix everything again.Cover lid for five mins cook in low flame. Open lid.
  3. When we cook biryani cook rice before 4 hours and cool.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and green onion.
